Rt 12 bear right onto Rt 63
3.8 miles to the town of Westmoreland
At the general store (right side) turn left onto Glebe Rd
4 miles turning left onto Carriage Lane
#25 Carriage lane is the 2nd driveway on left.

From Keene:
Rt 9 West toward Brattleboro.
4.4 miles west of Monadnock Marketplace to Glebe Road access road.
Turn right (at Forestview Restaurant at the bottom of the west side of Chesterfield Hill) and go about 100 feet to stop sign.
Turn right onto Glebe Road.
Just less than 1 mile to Carriage Lane. Make Right onto Carriage Lane

From Vermont and Mass
Rt 91: Vermont Exit 3 (Rt 9 East)
9E 9.6 miles to Glebe Rd (Forestview Restaurant)
0.9 miles on Glebe Rd to Carriage Lane
#25 is the 2nd driveway on left
Enter traffic circle (roundabout) and take 2nd exit, following signs for 9 East (across from where you entered circle)
The green bridge crosses the CT river into New Hampshire. Drive 9.6 miles from the bridge to Glebe Rd

Left onto Glebe Rd access. 100 feet to stop sign.
Turn Right onto Glebe Road. Just shy of 1 mile on Glebe Rd to Carriage Lane
#25 is the 2nd driveway on left.

There is sufficient parking at the end of the driveway.
Practice entrance is around the back, as indicated by signs.
Enter. Waiting room is on second floor.
