Therapy   Overcoming the obstacles of life

If you're thinking about beginning therapy, it's probably because you're facing a difficult situation, struggling in a relationship, feeling emotional pain or caught in a frustrating behavior pattern.

Most people who come to see me want things to change. And they’ve usually tried to improve things themselves.

My clients frequently describe feeling confused, overwhelmed or isolated. It’s always possible to gain understanding and make sense of our experiences.

Our relationships, careers, health, families and sexuality can also be challenging. Yet, obstacles to love, satisfaction, wellness, respect and sexual fulfillment can be overcome when we understand our needs and how seek them out.

Let’s work together to create the emotional, physical and sexual closeness with others that you want.

We also want to see ourselves in a positive light. It’s possible to discover our strengths and valuable qualities when we learn how to look. When we address the beliefs that undermine our self worth, we become more confident and effective, and our lives more meaningful.

Of course, sometimes people come to deal with troubling symptoms. The quality of our lives can be improved when you know what to do about it.
